Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

• The item must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date
• All original tags must be attached and items must be unworn
• Items must be in their original packaging when applicable
• A valid proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

Based on our product offerings and commitment to quality, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and customization reasons:

• Jewelry and Cufflinks (for hygiene reasons)
• Clearance items (as indicated at time of purchase)
• Any altered or customized items
• Items without original tags or packaging

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return or Exchange

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
• Reason for return or exchange
• Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Prepare Your Package

Once your return is authorized, please:

• Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging if possible
• Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
• Clearly mark whether you’re requesting a refund or exchange

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
• You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed
• Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution

Exchanges

For eligible items, we offer free exchanges for size or color variations, subject to availability. If the requested exchange item is not available, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

International Returns

As we serve customers globally (excluding Asia and select remote regions), international returns are accepted following the same policy guidelines. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or return shipping costs.
